The institute has a well stocked, library with a vast collection of more than 21,143 text book as well reference books written by well known Indian and Foreign author’s on Engineering and other subjects Innumerable text books, reference books, CDs, journals, renowned international publication and latest updates coexist to make it an invaluable heaven of knowledge for tudents. More than 3340 titles of periodicals and 32 journals are subscribed regularly in order to keep pace with information on the latest development in the world. The library provides computerized information services too.

The Institute provides adequate number of classrooms which are well-equipped with modern design standards and latest teaching methodology with the help of LCD, OHP and audio-visual equipment are also available to impart the best theoretical practices.

To keep the students updated on technology, two advanced internet centres has been set up. It has LAN network with over forty terminals in each. Additionally, there are some stand-alone terminals too. It's the hub of computer activity for the enthusiastic students, apart from the curriculum, they explore the world.

The Institute has a big Seminar Hall which accommodates meetings & seminars. Apart from this the hall is also used for group discussion and Socio Cultural functions.

KLEIT has its own fleet of 5 buses and 15 light motor vehicles which caters to the transportation needs of students staff and visiting guest, and provides links from campus to Hubli and Dharwad.

The Institute has a well maintained canteen which is the refreshment center for the students. A healthy variety of food is available for the students. Moreover, canteen is the best meeting place for the entire mass for a hangout.

Staying physically fit and mentally refreshed is a prerequisite for every student. And the best way to make it happen is through sports. There's a Sports/Complex, functioning to ensure the needs of sports activities of all Institutes in our educational complex.
Sport Complex functions under the guidance of KLEIT Sports Committee consisting of senior professors and student coordinators. A large playground is ready in the campus for cricket, hockey, football, basketball and other Indian games.
